Training packages

We have no one size fits all package and we respond to each athletes needs on a case by case basis.

A typical Ironman triathlon solution would be the drafting of a season long masterplan focussing on A and B events. Weekly detailed workouts utilising performance metrics such as power and heart rate. All sessions will be reviewed by both the coach and the athlete. We expect you to give us feedback and we will give you feedback in return. We like to use tools such as Training Peaks in our coaching. In addition, we like to have a weekly chat with our athletes either in person, phone, WhatsApp, email, carrier pigeon, we don’t mind – just talk to us. For this the charge would be £35 per week. We’re happy to give advice and feedback on things like equipment choice, bike set up etc..
